Under Florida Law, voter registration information and records are public record.  There are exceptions under section FS 97.0585.  For example, your social security number, Florida Driver license number or Florida Identification card number that may appear in your voter registration record cannot be disclosed to the public.  In addition, the law allows certain classes of persons to request that their address or other identification information in their voter registration records within the Florida Voter Registration System not be publicly disclosed. If you fall within one of the statutorily designated classes of high-risk professionals and wish to be exempt from public record, complete and submit the Public Record Exemption Request form to the Marion County Election Center:
